The service
NutriHealth AI provides automated meal planning, nutrition tracking and curated supplement recommendations for general wellness. The service builds plans around preferences and health rules you choose to share — cardiac, diabetic, anti-inflammatory, gluten-free and others.
NutriHealth AI is not medical advice. Nothing in the app diagnoses, treats or cures any condition. Consult your physician before changing your diet, starting a supplement, or acting on any plan the service generates — especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a diagnosed condition.
Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials private. Each email address maps to exactly one account across member and professional roles. You are responsible for activity that happens under your sign-in; tell us promptly at admin@nutrihealth-ai.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans (Premium, Family, Practitioner, Practice and Clinic) auto-renew until canceled — monthly plans each month, annual plans each year. Annual pricing is stated per month and billed yearly in one charge.
- Cancel anytime. There are no contracts. You may cancel or switch plans whenever you like from your account settings.
- You keep what you paid for. After canceling, you retain full access through the end of the current billing period, then move to the Free plan. Your data stays intact.
- Pro trials. Practitioner and Practice plans include a 14-day free trial. If you cancel during the trial you are never charged.
No refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable, including partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law or by the payment processor's own policies. This is why cancellation always preserves your access through the period you have already paid for — you are never cut off early.
Supplement purchases
Supplement orders are fulfilled by our commerce partner on SHOP.COM, shipped directly to you by Market America. Checkout, pricing, shipping and returns for those orders are governed by the partner's terms at the point of sale. Supplement statements on this site have not been evaluated by the FDA; products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, resell or share access, scrape or reverse-engineer the platform, or upload unlawful content. If you are a professional user, you must hold the credentials you claim and use client data only within your engagement with that client. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Account deletion
You can permanently delete your account at any time from your profile. Deletion removes your account, meal plans, tracker history, saved recipes and supplement regimen. This cannot be undone, and no refunds are issued for any remaining subscription time. Before deleting, you can export your data as a file from the same settings page.
Liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, NutriHealth AI is not liable for health outcomes, dietary results, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. For material changes we will notify you by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance; if you disagree, cancel and — if you wish — delete your account before the changes apply.
